The Video Creative Director will lead a talented group of designers, writers, photographers and photo-editors, as well as our fully staffed video department.Specific responsibilities will include:
Providing strategic direction for the development and production of packaging, point-of-sale, brochures and other collateral materials;
Providing creative direction in the conception, writing and production of video content;
Develop and implement specific brand strategies for each of the company?s brands; Supervise the production of retail marketing materials;
Preparing and working within approved budget;
Any tasks assigned by your manager.
The Creative Director needs to be able to see the big picture while at the same time overseeing the daily responsibilities of a fast-paced workflow. The CD is responsible for all content (print, video and digital) that?s generated by the marketing department. Additionally, the CD will be involved in the preparation and presentation of marketing and advertising programs prepared for both senior management and Icon?s retail partners.


This position requires a Bachelors degree (minimum) with an emphasis in advertising/marketing/communications.

A minimum of 10 years experience in advertising/marketing is required. This position requires a background that includes experience in an advertising agency, either independent or in-house, including the supervision of others.

The key responsibility is the ability to create and implement advertising/marketing strategies in print, video, POP, interactive and promotions.
