Description:
We are currently seeking a part time Assistant Sales Analyst, Field Performance candidate to support our internal and external sales team. The responsibilities will include: assist in driving sales performance through accurate and timely reporting of the sales process, evaluate performance measured against sales targets and specific programs, develop, enhance, and maintain metrics and improve visibility to area of improvement, monitor and enhance projection methodology of sales activity process, provide analytical support to sales organization, manage the information and provide analysis for national initiatives and recognition programs, develop and maintain reporting, including controlling all territory bases, for field incentive plans and annual award recognition, and maintain accurate acquisition records for tracking internal growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or practical experience in accounting, finance, or related field. A minimum of 4-6 years financial analysis experience developing sales reports for remote sales teams. The applicant will need excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical skills, ability to make decisions and work independently, strong interpersonal skills, and strong spreadsheet skills.
