Description:
The successful candidate will be working with Incoming Quality Inspectors and other associated departments to monitor the performance of vendors supplying electronics products. The lead quality engineer will also work with the Production department and other associated departments to monitor the quality and reliability of electronic parts, make recommendations as to appropriate actions to minimize customer complaints and concerns as they relate to product quality and reliability, assist in the preparation and submital of Supplier Corrective Action Requests as required in performance of the above duties, assist in maintaining Electronics Quality Department (EQD) files, troubleshoot the customer’s returns from Customer Care, and any other duties related to electronic quality.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a B.S. in EE or equivalent. They must also be an effective communicator since the job requires communication with electronic suppliers, must be able to work with little supervision and will be responsible for electronic quality engineers and technicians. Some international travel required.
