Description:
The tooling specialist will be responsible for maintaining and repairing punch dies, weld fixtures and custom production equipment. This person will also receive additional projects from the Tool Shop Manager.

Requirements:
Must be competent with machine shop equipment. Welding, cutting, milling machines, lathes, surface grinders, etc. Knowledge of CNC machining is preferred but not required. Must be comfortable reading engineering prints and using measuring instrument to make parts to prints. (Calipers, protractor, measuring tape, micrometers, etc.) Should have creative and sound problem solving skills. Must be able to diagnose a problem and implement a solution quickly.
