Description:
Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests. Assist end users with problems regarding the AS400, PC, network, printer and phones to ensure a timely resolution.

Requirements:
Maintain and configure computer equipment for end users. Installation of hardware and software on PC's. Category 5, 6, 7 and coax wire pulls for new construction and remodels. Includes other duties as required. Position requires various on-call hours.
