Description:
This position serves as a creative leader in the marketing department. They are responsible for development, writing and editing of all copy implemented at retail and online. Reports to Creative Director. Ultimately accountable for the quality and creativity of the written word produced within ICON's marketing department.

Requirements:
Requires 5-10 years of agency and/or in-house marketing department copy writing experience. Must be able to lead other copywriters and interact with graphic designers and art directors. In addition to copy writing, must also have excellent editing skills with the ability to direct multiple copywriters.
