Design and implement CRM business processes and systems as directed.
Monitor and measure campaigns from initial distribution, through the web, and follow through to the objectives success.
Analyze and report on Sales Lead distribution and loop follow-through.
Develop product registration and email opt-in initiatives.
Run detailed campaign activity and metric reports.
Run a segmented email campaign to systematically lead customers to purchases.
Increase lifetime value of customers.

| Requirements: |
|
|
Strong knowledge of best practices in online marketing, advertising, email marketing, preferably with exposure to both subscription newsletter models and CRM/event-based communications.
2+ years of web metrics experience, including experience implementing and using Omniture or similar tools.
2+ years online marketing with experience in search engine marketing, web media, analytics, ROI reporting or optimization. |
