Description:
Assist customers and representatives with troubleshooting IFIT live compatible products as well as module/computer issues. Job consists of handling incoming calls from customers, evaluating the customer's situation and providing a positive immediate solution. Must have a positive attitude and be able to handle stressful situations.

Requirements:
Accept responsibility and work under moderate supervision while receiving problems. Excellent attendance history. Working knowledge of ICON products, parts and policies. Have knowledge and ability to use WIFI, Microsoft Office, routers and internet knowledge. Exceptional communication and people skills with strong follow through, basic math skills and versatile on the computer. Previous customer service experience helpful.
