Description:
Assist manager in supervising operators' performance. Help ensure proper procedure and policies are followed. Take supervisor calls and resolve hot customer situations. Assist the manager with other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
In depth knowledge of AS400 and CSR Web. Supervisor experience preferred. Troubleshooting knowledge of Freemotion equipment (willing to train), punctual, self motivated and positive attitude. Ability to adhere to and enforce department and company policy.
