Description:
Work with customers in regards to payment and invoicing questions, customer product exchanges and/or returns for direct marketing. Take customer care calls for parts returns and/or credits. Take incoming calls and make some outbound calls. Emails. Complete addtional assignments from supervisor.

Requirements:
Accept responsibility and work under moderate supervision, while resolving problems. Excellent attendance history. Working knowledge of ICON policies. Great work ethic and people skills. Professional writing skills, grammar and spelling. Knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft products is helpful.
