Description:
Researching if product falls under the PR requirements. Work with corporate sales and stores regarding full product exchanges/refunds. Work with order entry to get orders released for shipment in a timely manner. Work with the shipping dept. and warehouses in regards to shipping replacements units out. Work with operators to provide on going information back to the customer. Emails for CSResolutions.

Requirements:
Accept responsibility and work under moderate supervision, while resolving problems, excellent attendance, working knowledge of ICON policies, great work ethic and people skills, professional writing skills, grammar and spelling, knowledge of Outlook and other Microsoft products.
