Description:
Daily interaction with assembly employees to identify and eliminate production difficulties. Identify root causes of quality problems and determine solutions. Design welding and assembly fixtures, punch and bend dies, implement minor design changes, etc. Use Solid Works to create product designs and fixtures as needed.

Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering – Manufacturing or Industrial preferred. Experience in a manufacturing setting. Machining process knowledge. Good communication skills required. Knowledge of Solid Works required, and AS400 helpful. 5 years experience.
