Description:
Job consists of handling incoming calls from our customers, evaluate the customer's situation, and providing a positive immediate solution. Must have a positive attitude and must be able to handle stressful situations.

Requirements:
Exceptional communication and people skills with strong follow through, basic math skills, and versatile on the computer. Previous customer service experience helpful.
