Description:
Supervise a treadmill assembly line using a leadership group of 3 leads and other key people. Make sure that quality procedures and quantity of product are met. Responsible for hiring and evaluating employee’s performance, implement lean manufacturing principles, teamwork is a necessity, need to motivate, train and bring leadership and employees together, able to work under pressure, help company to obtain goals.

Requirements:
A successful applicant should be self-motivated and be able to motivate others. Must be quality-minded, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to multi-task. Other supervisory or lead experience preferred. Experience working with air tools and working in a production area is helpful.
